Why SFI
The trip your club administrator doesn't have to run.
Most clubs that try to organise Europe themselves do it once. The football is straightforward; the safeguarding, insurance, transport and parent communication are what break people.
Coaching & safeguarding
Licensed coaches. Vetted staff. Every session.
The same standards we hold at home in Ontario travel with every group — clear coaching, documented supervision and one accountable team.

Safeguarding
Every SFI staff member travelling with a youth group holds a current police vetting check. Room allocations, curfews and supervision ratios are documented before departure and shared with parents.
Medical & insurance
Travel and medical insurance for every player and staff member is included in the trip cost. We hold medical and allergy information for each traveller and carry it on the ground.
One point of contact
Parents get a single named contact reachable throughout the trip, plus a 24-hour emergency number. Coaches get daily updates without having to chase them.
Private transport
No public transit with a youth squad. Private coaches for every session, fixture and excursion, with the same driver where possible for the full trip.
Athlete nutrition
Full board with menus agreed in advance and built for players in a heavy training week. Allergies and dietary requirements confirmed with the hotel before arrival.
Documentation
Player permissions, international clearance where required, tournament registration and hotel documentation are handled by us, not by your club administrator.

Questions we get asked
What age groups do you take?
U12 through U19 for team tours, and U15 through U21 for individual trials. Younger groups travel with a higher staff-to-player ratio.
How far in advance should we book?
Six to nine months is comfortable. Fixtures against stronger opposition are scheduled early, so the earlier we start the better the opposition list.
What is the staff-to-player ratio?
One SFI staff member travels with every group, in addition to your own coaching staff. For groups over 25 players we add a second.
What happens if a player is injured abroad?
Every traveller is covered by travel and medical insurance included in the trip cost. Our on-ground staff manage the clinic visit and keep parents informed directly.
Can parents travel with the team?
Yes. We book a separate parent block at the same hotel or nearby and arrange their transport to fixtures.
Do you handle flights?
We can book group flights at cost, or work around flights you have already arranged. Either way the ground programme is unaffected.
Next step
Tell us what you want out of the trip.
