A team tour is the fastest development block a club can buy. Players see a different tempo, coaches see who copes with it, and the group comes home closer than any season of home fixtures makes them.
What a tour looks like
Eight to twelve days. Three or more fixtures against local club sides matched to your level. Training sessions on full-size grass with a locally licensed academy coach. Full match footage from every game so your staff can review with the group that evening.
Between the football there’s a real cultural programme — stadium tours, guided city days, coastal recovery sessions — because the trip has to be worth it for the players who won’t turn professional, which is most of them.
Parents receive a single information pack: itinerary, hotel details, emergency contacts, insurance documentation and a daily schedule. You stop fielding emails.
